This is myy OC for RVB....yep. She's not a Spartan.....exactly.

-->She used to work in ONI headquarters as part of a small group helping to oversee assets and such on various projects (SECTION ONE) that the UNSC did before being selected to work as a SPARTAN soldier (she took a test to see if she could qualify, it was part of her acceptance into ONI) She quickly left as soon as she found out she was being transferred to FREELANCER as an Agent. She hacked into the system and using Lora, sent a letter to the Director. But during her time as part of a selection, she was trained and is skilled in hacking techniques, as well as self defense, weapons dealing/handling. Soon after she was placed into the UNSC's Pilot training office, which she learned how to handle flying vehicles as well as warthogs,etc. After she finished, they ended up assigning pilots where to work in, and somehow, Lia got placed in a group she wasn't too happy about...

But now she has to deal with it.

-->Lora was created by Lia to help assist her in jobs requiring files (Lia was granted permission by ONI). As her main exsistance is VIA chip, Lora has a commonwealth of information on various topics UNSC or alike, like all AI whose jobs is to help there, and as well as how far Lia was connected with the ONI. Lora was soon taken by Lia when Lia was being transferred, being that Lia was granted permission after a few days to clear Lora for transportation (and a small fee to "purchase" Lora) safely away from ONI offices (Lora was locked from certain information she has in her system, so even she can't access them) and was used to help Lia in what she called the "Hacking Event" in which she switched names and sent a persuading letter to the head of FREELANCER to deny her acceptance due to several complications, and switched her over to a pilot's training office once Lia was cleared. Lora now communicates to Lia VIA Wristband Module that Lia wears underneath her gloves and helps her during flying sessions, pinpointing enemies, etc. It is somewhat rare to NOT hear her speak (She loves and is very analytic and sarcastic) and she sometimes (not often) shows herself VIA hologram.
